Planetary Transits

Why are we so obsessed with the Dasha when the transit is hitting hard?

Look at the current sky. We’ve got Jupiter and the Sun locked in Pushya, while Saturn is grinding away in Revati. Everyone is constantly obsessing over their Vimshottari Dasha, checking if they’re in a ‘good’ period or a ‘bad’ one.

But let’s be real. If the transit is screaming, does the Dasha even matter as much as we think?

I see people ignoring a massive Saturn transit because they think their Mahadasha will ‘protect’ them. It’s a dangerous gamble. If your Dasha says ‘go’ but the sky is hitting a wall, you aren't going anywhere. I’ve been tracking these exact planetary movements on Vyom to see how the Dasha lords actually react when the transits tighten the screws.

Are we putting too much weight on the internal timing and ignoring the external reality? Or is the Dasha just the filter through which we experience these harsh transits? I’m curious to hear how you guys balance these two. Do you prioritize the promise of the Dasha or the urgency of the transit? Drop your thoughts below.

Pushya is currently housing both the Sun and Jupiter, making it a powerful zone for stabilizing your long-term objectives. Since it's governed by Saturn, this placement demands a pragmatic, disciplined approach to growth rather than rushing into impulsive decisions.
