Finding Calm Under the Leo Venus

Venus is currently dancing through the early degrees of Leo, and it’s feeling intense. You might notice your heart feels a bit more demanding or restless than usual. It’s a bold energy, but it can leave you feeling fried if you’re trying to force romance or peace where it just isn’t flowing.

When things get heated like this, I turn to the So Hum meditation. It’s the simplest way to ground your nervous system. Just inhale while thinking 'So' and exhale while thinking 'Hum.' It connects you back to your own breath, which is the only thing you truly own.

If you're feeling especially agitated by this transit, try adding the mantra 'Om Shum Shukraya Namaha' to your evening routine. It helps soften the sharper edges of Venus in Leo. You don’t need anything complicated to find your center. Sometimes just sitting for five minutes is enough to clear the mental noise.

I’ve been checking my own daily alignments on Vyom to see when the best windows for this practice are, and it really takes the guesswork out of the day. Don’t let the planetary transits run your mood. You’re the one holding the reins, even when the stars feel a bit loud. Take a deep breath and let the tension go.

Actually, look at your chart again; the Moon is currently in Shatabhisha, not Purva Bhadrapada, so it's all about healing and breaking old patterns rather than just shadow work. Use the Choghadiya on the VedKal app to find a calm window, because with Saturn involved, you really don't want to force anything today.

The Moon sits in Purva Bhadrapada today, a demanding transit that asks us to face our inner shadows rather than run from them. Check your Choghadiya on the VedKal app to time your reflections, as the heavy Saturn influence suggests this isn't a day for rushing through big decisions.
