Finding Stillness Amidst Cancerian Intensity

Looking at the sky today, we’ve got a heavy concentration in Cancer with Mercury, Jupiter, and Venus all huddled together. It’s a lot of emotional water energy. If you're feeling a bit scattered or over-sensitive, you aren't imagining it.

When the mind feels like it's drifting, I always turn to the breath. Specifically, Nadi Shodhana—alternate nostril breathing. It’s the simplest way to balance the Ida and Pingala nadis and bring the nervous system back to center.

Since Jupiter is in Pushya nakshatra right now, it’s an ideal time for grounding practices that focus on nourishment and stability. Don't push yourself to do too much. Instead, sit for ten minutes, breathe slowly, and try to release the need to control every outcome.

If you find your internal compass spinning, using the Vyom app to track your personal transits can help you see where these shifts are hitting your chart specifically. It’s often easier to handle the storm when you know exactly which house it’s blowing through.

Remember, your karma isn't a fixed wall; it's a field we tend to daily. Stay grounded, keep your practice steady, and don't get caught up in the waves of the collective mood.
