Finding Stillness Amidst the Shift
The skies are busy today. With Mars and Saturn sitting together in Pisces, I’ve been feeling the restlessness, too. It’s easy to let that heavy energy dictate your mood, but you don't have to.
When the mind starts racing, I always return to So-Hum meditation. It’s simple. Inhale 'So,' exhale 'Hum.' You’re essentially telling your soul it is one with the divine. It helps ground those scattered thoughts when the transits feel particularly pushy.
