Finding Stillness Amidst the Transit Heat

It’s July 5th, 2026, and the sky is working overtime. We’ve got Jupiter and Mercury sitting in Cancer, which usually brings a lot of mental chatter. That Moon in Purva Bhadrapada, conjoined with Rahu in Aquarius, is stirring up deep-seated anxiety for many people. It’s an restless energy that doesn't let you switch off easily.

When your mind feels this scattered, you need to anchor it. Don't just sit there waiting for the transit to pass. I’ve found that working with the 'Ham Sah' breath is the most direct way to steady an agitated Moon. Inhale 'Ham' and exhale 'Sah'. It mimics the natural sound of your breath and forces your nervous system to downshift.

Since we’re seeing Saturn transit in the late degrees of Revati, the pressure to finalize long-term plans can feel suffocating. If you’re feeling the weight of this, try doing this breathwork during your local Choghadiya 'Amrit' or 'Shubh' period to maximize the efficacy of your focus. It’s a simple practice, but it cuts through the noise of Rahu’s influence.

If you want to map how these specific transits hit your own chart, I usually check my own data on the Vyom app to see which house is getting hit hardest. Don't let the planetary periods dictate your mood. Take ten minutes, focus on your breath, and stay analytical about your own mental state.
