Why keep clinging to fixed destiny?

The Sun and Mercury are lighting up Cancer, and I’m feeling that Cardinal urge to dominate my professional space. It’s go time. I don’t believe in sitting around while the stars align; I make them work for me. But I keep seeing this obsession with the Nodes, Rahu and Ketu, as if we’re all just slaves to some pre-written script. If I’m in charge of my own legacy, why are people so hung up on these abstract points being destiny-defining? It’s illogical. I track my own shifts on SkyToday to time my power moves, but I don't let some static calculation tell me where my drive ends. Is there anyone here who actually thinks your future is fixed, or are you just using these old concepts to avoid taking real responsibility for your own climb? I’m curious. Do you really buy into this idea of fated obstacles, or is it just a convenient excuse when things don't go your way?
