Is the Nakshatra lord's impact being overstated?

I've been looking at the current transit data for May 3rd, 2026. With the Moon in Vishakha and Saturn sitting in Uttara Bhadrapada, the technical data is clear, but I'm questioning our obsession with the Nakshatra lord.

We often fixate on the deity or the ruler of the constellation to predict events. Is this actually providing reliable data, or are we just layering superstition over planetary positions?

I prefer to use the Vyom app to track these transits because it keeps the raw data front and center without the fluff. It helps me see that while the Moon in Libra is moving through Vishakha, the actual logistical outcomes are better explained by the house placements and planetary aspects.

If we stripped away the mythology, would our predictive accuracy actually drop, or would it sharpen? I find that when I focus strictly on the math, my planning sessions become far more efficient.

Maybe we should treat the Nakshatra as a secondary coordinate rather than the primary driver of fate. What do you think? Are you tracking these transits on Vyom yet, or are you still relying on traditional narratives that don't always align with the reality of our charts?
