Is your karma actually optional?

I've been looking at the current sky, especially with Jupiter and the Sun locked in Pushya nakshatra. It’s a heavy placement. Pushya is all about nourishment and tradition, but it demands sacrifice.

We love talking about free will in this community. We act like we’re steering the ship, but are we?

When I look at the Gochar, I see the mechanics of destiny playing out in real time. We call it our dharma, but sometimes it feels more like a script we’ve already signed. If everything is just a result of past actions—our sanchita karma—is there really any room for a fresh choice today?

I’ve spent years tracking these transits on Vyom, and the consistency is honestly a bit sobering. You see the patterns, you see the pressure points, and you see the outcomes repeat.

Does the transit happen to us, or do we just lean into what’s already baked in? I’m curious what you think. Does the idea of destiny make you feel comforted, or does it just make you feel trapped? Let’s hear the honest take.
