When the mind won't stop racing
Look at the sky today. The Moon is in Jyeshtha, and it’s feeling heavy.
I see many of you struggling with anxiety or that constant mental chatter that keeps you up at night. It’s not just you. It’s the energy of this transit. When the mind feels like a cluttered room, you can’t force it to be quiet. You have to clean it out instead.
Here’s a simple way to ground yourself.
Tonight, take a small bowl of water and place it near your bed. Before you sleep, wash your hands and feet with cool water. It sounds basic, but this acts as a physical anchor for your nervous system. It pulls your focus out of the abstract loops in your head and back into your body.
If you want to track these shifts more closely, I often suggest using the Vedkal app to check your local Choghadiya timings. Knowing when to act and when to rest is how you stop fighting the current.
Don't overthink the fix. Just do the work. Your soul needs rhythm more than it needs another answer.
Keep it simple. Stay grounded.
