Staying Balanced as the Sun Shifts
The Sun is currently moving through Aries, which can really turn up the heat in our bodies. You might feel a bit more irritable or notice your digestion feels a little sharp lately. That’s the Pitta dosha acting up as we shift into this warmer cycle.
To keep things smooth, I always suggest leaning into cooling foods. Think cucumber, fresh mint, and plenty of coconut water. Avoid the urge to drink ice-cold water with every meal, as that actually confuses your digestive fire. Instead, go for room temperature or slightly cool water infused with rose petals.
Since Saturn is lingering in Pisces, it’s also a time to be extra patient with your family. We are all feeling that slight tug between wanting to push forward and needing to rest. If you're feeling overwhelmed, just take five minutes to sit in silence.
