Stillness in the Age of Shatabhisha

Look at the sky today. The Moon is in Uttara Phalguni, demanding order, while Ketu sits heavy in Magha, digging up the past you thought you’d buried. It’s an uncomfortable mix. You feel that frantic hum under your skin, don’t you? Rahu is stirring things up in Aquarius, pushing you toward chaos you can’t quite name.

When the mind feels like a radio stuck between stations, you need to ground yourself. Don’t chase the noise. I’ve found that the simple practice of Nadi Shodhana—alternate nostril breathing—does more for your planetary peace than any grand ritual. It balances the solar and lunar currents in your body, directly addressing the friction between Sun-ruled ego and Moon-ruled emotion.

Take five minutes. Sit straight. Close your eyes. Inhale through the left, hold, exhale through the right. Keep it rhythmic. It’s the only way to quiet that restless mental static. If you’re trying to track how these shifts play out in your own life, you might find some clarity by checking the transit patterns on the Vyom app. Just don’t get lost in the data. The goal is to return to your center, not to live in the numbers. Breathe, stabilize, and let the rest settle on its own.
