Taming the Restless Mind

You’re feeling frazzled. It’s the classic sign of a Mercury that’s caught up in too much noise, jumping from one thought to the next like a squirrel in a thunderstorm. When your mind won't shut off, the simplest fix is often the best. Don’t overthink it.

Go outside. Find a patch of bare earth or even just a park bench under a tree. Take off your shoes and let your feet press into the ground for ten minutes. It’s grounding, literally. Mercury loves the Earth element when it’s feeling scattered.

Drink some water from a copper vessel if you’ve got one handy. It balances the heat that builds up when your brain hits overdrive.
