The Sun and Moon are crowded in Aries, pushing us to act before we've even processed the impulse. It’s loud in the sky right now. With Saturn and Mars heavy in Pisces, that mental noise easily turns into restless, anxious energy.

I’ve been turning to 'So Hum' meditation to cut through this static. It’s simple. Inhale 'So,' exhale 'Hum.' You’re essentially syncing your breath with the natural rhythm of your spirit. When you focus on the sound of your own life force, the pressure from those conflicting transits starts to recede.

Don't let the planets dictate your internal weather. If you’re feeling scattered, stop and watch your breath for five minutes. It’s the fastest way to ground yourself when the cosmic push-and-pull gets too intense.
