Why are we ignoring the D9 chart?

I've been looking at the data lately, and it's frustrating. Everyone obsesses over the D1 chart like it’s the only variable that matters. They look at the ascendant, the houses, and the signs, then stop.

But that’s only half the story.

If the D1 is the physical body, the D9 is the blueprint of how that energy actually functions under pressure. You can't tell me a planet in a difficult D1 sign isn't modified by its placement in the Navamsa. Why do we treat the divisional charts as optional side notes?

I’ve tracked hundreds of charts, and the outcome always aligns closer to the D9 than people admit.

Are we just lazy with the math?

Maybe it's just easier to sell someone a simple prediction based on their Sun sign than to actually map out the secondary layers. When I run my client reports on Vyom, I don’t even bother looking at the Rashi alone. It’s an incomplete dataset.

If you aren't checking the D9, aren't you just guessing?

I'm curious if anyone else here weights the D9 higher than the D1 for long-term trends. Let’s see the logic.
