Why are we so obsessed with the Moon's mood?
I’m looking at the chart today, and the Moon is sitting deep in Scorpio, right in Jyeshtha. It’s heavy, isn't it? Scorpio energy always feels like it’s pulling at the seams of our family life, making us hold onto things we really need to let go of.
But here’s the thing that’s been bugging me. We spend so much time tracking the Moon’s daily emotional shifts to explain why we’re feeling off or anxious. We look for the transit to blame, but don't we ever think that maybe we’re just using these transits to avoid the hard work of actual communication?
I see so many people running to their charts the second there’s friction at home. It’s comforting, sure. But does knowing the Moon is in Jyeshtha actually help you speak more kindly to your partner, or does it just give you an excuse to stay silent?
I use Vyom to keep an eye on these movements, but lately, I’ve been asking myself if I’m just using the data to hide from my own raw, messy feelings. Are we actually learning, or are we just getting better at predicting our own avoidance?
What do you think? Is tracking these transits a tool for growth, or are we just finding new ways to excuse our human messiness?
