Why are we still so scared of the 8th house?
I’ve been looking at the current skies, especially with that cluster in Cancer. It’s got me thinking about how we treat the 'difficult' houses in a chart.
We love talking about career wins and relationships. But the 8th house? Everyone just assumes it’s pure chaos or loss.
I don’t buy it.
Isn't it really just about the raw, unfiltered parts of our emotional lives we’re too tired to hide anymore? I see clients panic the second a transit hits that area of their chart. They brace for impact before anything even happens.
I wonder, are we actually afraid of the transit, or are we just afraid of finally seeing the patterns we’ve been ignoring in our families?
When things feel heavy, I usually pull up Vyom to get a clearer picture of the planetary weights. It helps me stop guessing and just see what's actually moving.
Why do we insist on calling these shifts 'bad' instead of 'necessary'? Maybe if we stopped acting like change is an intruder, our nervous systems wouldn’t be so fried.
What’s your take? Do you see the 8th house as a threat, or is it just the housecleaning we’ve been putting off for years?
