Why do we still ignore the Rahu-Ketu axis?

I’ve been staring at the tropical charts today. With the Moon sitting in Pisces right near that North Node, things feel a bit disjointed. It’s strange, isn't it? In our work, we often obsess over where the Sun or Jupiter are hanging out in Leo, but we treat those two nodes like background noise.

I’ve always wondered why the Western community doesn't give them more weight when calculating major life shifts.
