Why does my mind feel so restless during this Taurus transit?
I’ve been hearing this a lot lately. It makes sense. We’ve got the Sun, Moon, and Mercury all sitting in Taurus right now. That’s a lot of earth energy, but with the Moon in Rohini, it’s stirring up deep emotional stuff.
And honestly? It’s okay to feel overwhelmed.
When things feel chaotic, I always go back to the breath. Specifically, Chandra Bhedana Pranayama. It might sound backwards to focus on the left nostril when you’re already feeling a bit stuck, but this practice is cooling and quieting. It’s perfect for the current transit because it pulls you out of the mental chatter and back into your body.
Just sit for five minutes. Block your right nostril, inhale through the left, then exhale through the right. Do that slow. It’s not about doing a hundred rounds. It’s about feeling the coolness hit the back of your throat.
Because Saturn is sitting in Revati right now, there’s a strange pressure to force things to resolve. But you don’t have to force anything. Sometimes, the best way to handle a transit is to just step back and let the stars do their work.
I’ve been using the Vyom app to keep an eye on these degrees while I meditate, it helps me see exactly which house is being hit. But don’t obsess over the charts. Your peace matters more than the planetary positions.
So, try the breath. Take it slow today. You’re doing better than you think.
