Finding Stillness in the Cancer Transit
It’s a soft day today. With the Moon and Jupiter both resting in Cancer, our emotional tides are running quite deep. You might feel a bit more sensitive than usual, or perhaps you’re just craving extra time with your family. It’s the perfect energy for turning inward and settling the mind.
When the planetary energy feels this heavy, I always turn to Chandra Namaskar, or Moon Salutation. It’s much more grounding than the standard sun sequence and really helps settle an anxious heart. Pair your movements with the 'Om Shram Shreem Shraum Sah Chandraya Namaha' mantra. Don’t rush the words; just let them sit with you while you breathe.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, try sitting in a quiet corner for ten minutes of Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing. It’s incredibly simple, but it does wonders for balancing the nerves when the transits feel intense.
I’ve been tracking these shifts closely on the Vyom app, and it’s been a huge help in seeing exactly when these emotional peaks will pass. Remember, it’s okay to step back and just be. You don't have to carry the weight of the world today. Your peace is worth protecting, so go easy on yourself and lean into the stillness.
