Cosmic Transit

Finding Stillness Amidst the Magha Moon

The Moon's currently sitting in Magha, right alongside Ketu. That's a heavy energy. You might feel a strange restlessness, like your ancestors are tapping you on the shoulder, asking for things you haven't settled yet.

It’s not the time to push for big outer results. It’s a time to turn inward. When the mind feels scattered like this, I go back to the basics of breath.

Try Nadi Shodhana—alternate nostril breathing. Just five minutes of it. It balances the solar and lunar channels, which helps when the planets are acting up. If you're struggling to track how these transits personally pull at your own chart, I usually check the Vyom app to see where these degrees land for me specifically.

Don't complicate it. Just sit, close your eyes, and notice where you're holding tension. The planets move whether we worry about them or not, but we don't have to let their friction tear up our internal peace. Keep it simple. Breathe through the friction. Your soul knows exactly what it needs to do today.
