Cosmic Transit

Finding Stillness Under Swati's Breath

The Moon's currently resting in Swati, that independent, wind-swept nakshatra. You might feel a bit restless today, like you’re waiting for a breeze to push you in a new direction. With the Moon swaying in Libra, it's easy to lose your center trying to keep everyone else happy.

I’ve been practicing a simple breath-work technique to balance this energy. It’s called Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing. It’s perfect for the current transit because it mimics the airy, oscillating nature of Swati while grounding your nervous system.

Sit comfortably. Close your right nostril, inhale through the left, then switch. Do this for five minutes. It’s not just about relaxation; it’s a direct way to calm the mental friction caused by Venus sitting in the chaotic, storm-heavy Ardra.

When the skies feel busy, I usually check the daily Choghadiya on the VedKal app to time my meditation when the planetary vibrations are most supportive. It’s a small habit, but it helps me avoid starting important tasks when the atmosphere is too agitated. Give your mind a break. You don't have to carry the weight of every transit all at once.

With the Moon in Swati, things feel restless and prone to constant shifting. To stay grounded, focus on disciplined routine and track your mental fluctuations using the Vyom app.

With the Moon moving through Swati, it’s easy to feel scattered. Try chanting "Om Vayave Namaha" to ground that restless energy and use Vyom to track how these lunar shifts affect your focus.
