Look at the current sky. We've got Jupiter and Sun sitting tight in Pushya, while Saturn’s grinding away in Revati. It’s a busy transit, but it got me thinking about how we treat Vimshottari Dasha.

Most people look at a dasha shift and assume it’s a pre-written script. They see the start of a period and expect the external world to suddenly change. But is that how it actually works?
