Why are we so obsessed with the benefics?
I’ve been watching the current transit, especially Jupiter sitting in Pushya. It’s comforting, sure. But we spend so much time praying for Jupiter’s expansion and Venus’s ease that I think we’re missing the point of why we’re here.
We look at charts and hunt for the ‘good’ planets. We want the wealth, the ease, the steady hand. But look at Saturn hanging out in Revati right now. That’s where the real work happens. That’s the soul’s baggage getting sorted.
If your life was nothing but Jupiterian blessings, you’d never grow. You’d just stay stagnant, fat and happy in your own comfort zone. I’ve realized that the lessons I actually remember are the ones that hurt at the time. They’re the ones that forced me to look at the shadows I’d rather ignore.
Why do we try so hard to avoid the tough transits? Shouldn’t we be seeking the friction? If you’re checking your chart on Vyom today, don’t just look for the easy days. Look for the challenge. Look for where the karma is asking you to pay up.
Are you here for a comfortable ride, or are you here to finish what you started in past lives? Let’s talk about why we’re so afraid of the uncomfortable parts of the map.
