Why are we still obsessed with exalting planets?

Look at the current sky. We’ve got Jupiter in Cancer, its sign of exaltation, but is it actually delivering the goods for everyone? I see people constantly chasing 'exalted' placements like they're gold medals, ignoring that a debilitated planet can sometimes be more productive if it’s got the right dispositor or aspect.

We’re stuck on this old-school hierarchy where exaltation equals 'good' and debility equals 'bad.' It’s lazy.

I’ve seen clients with 'perfect' charts struggle to pay rent, while folks with 'weak' planets build empires because they actually work the remedy. Why do we keep clinging to these rigid definitions instead of looking at the functional work a planet is doing in the D1?

Are you still prioritizing exaltation over actual house lordship and dignity? I’d rather have a functional, well-placed planet in a neutral sign than a 'strong' one that’s just sitting there causing internal chaos. Let’s stop romanticizing strength and start looking at utility. What’s your take on this?
